Kadhalil Vizhunthen: Audio launch

The launch of Kadhalil Vizhunthen audio was marked by the august presence of State and Central Ministers. Electricity and Rural Industries Minister Arcot N. Veerasamy and Union Minister of State for Railways, R. Velu and Ranipet MLA R. Gandhi (DMK) graced the occasion.

The function of audio launch was held in the cool Sunday morning (Dec 3) at Sathyam Cinemas, in Chennai. Two of the songs from the film were screened before the formal program started. The songs were tuneful and imaginatively picturised. The music is scored by Vijay Antony

Arcot N. Veerasamy, obviously impressed by the songs, praised the director P.V. Prasath for reflecting the ancient Tamil literature in conceiving the song sequence. R. Velu too appreciated the director for the same.

Seeman in his speech criticized the habit of writing the initials of the technicians in English in the titles of the movies. He suggested that the initials to be written in Tamil in Tamil titles. He also praised the contribution of Velu to the remarkable improvement of Indian Railways.

Bhagyaraj and V. Sekar shared their experiences during their days as assistant directors. Sathyaraj talked at length about the concept and the picturisation of the songs.

Sathyaraj, Kalaipuli V. Sekaran, and Lingusamy condemned the act of filing case against Khushboo in the chappal controversy. It was a harmless act without any malicious intentions happened on a shooting spot, they argued.

Hero Nakulan and heroine Sunena attended the function along with many members of cast and crew of the movie.

The hall was packed with a lot of celebrities from political circle and film industry.
